Terms of service.

1. The service

Optamus provides agent software that runs tasks against your codebases across desktop, CLI, and API surfaces. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account and API keys. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. Team and Enterprise plans may assign seats to named members of your organisation.

3. Your content

Your code, prompts, and outputs remain yours. We process them only to provide the service — running the agent, showing you results, and billing usage. We do not train models on your content.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to infringe others' rights.
• Do not probe or disrupt the service or other customers.
• Do not resell access without a written agreement.

5. Fees

Paid plans bill in advance monthly or annually. Usage above plan limits is charged at the rates on the pricing page. Taxes are extra where applicable.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend for material breach with notice. On termination we delete run data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". Agent output requires human review before it is applied to production systems. Liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior twelve months.
