1. What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, organisation), usage metrics needed to run and bill the service, and the code, prompts, and outputs you submit to run an agent. We do not sell your data.

2. How we use it

To operate the service — authenticating you, executing runs, showing results, and invoicing usage — and to keep the service reliable and secure. We do not train models on your content.

3. Where it runs

Desktop runs execute on your own machine. API runs execute on our infrastructure or, on Enterprise plans, inside a private deployment you control.

4. Sharing

• Processors that help us run the service (hosting, email, payments).
• Authorities, when required by law.
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger or acquisition.

5. Retention

Run data is deleted within 30 days of termination unless retention is required by law. Billing records are kept for the period required by tax law.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may export your workspace content at any time.
